More Halloween Fun!

Miss Stella as Elmo

Miss Lily as a pirate

Miss Ava as her parrot

We just asked them if they wanted popcorn!!

Aunt Shell and her muchkins

After trick or treating, we met up with the Hoppers and Luczkowiak's to see the kids and just hang out. Craig and Mandy live in the same neighborhood, so we were able to stop by and visit some more! The kids absolutely love being together, so they ate popcorn and watched a movie while the parents visited!

Trick or Treat!

An attempt to get a picture with all the kids...all of which are Kaleigh and Parker's cousins.

Miss Olivia and Parker

Mommy and Olivia...she needed a ride for a few blocks cause she was so tired!!

This was an attempt to keep caught up with the other kids...although they just thought it was fun!!

Look Mommy...I got one!!!

We were invited to Tim's parent's house again this year to go trick or treating with all the kids. It was really nice cause Olivia has many kids to go with, inlcuding Kaleigh and Parker! We met there and actually ate first before heading out! It was so exciting for the kids and although Tim's brother thought it was a race, they all had a great time. I have no idea who we were racing, but he couldn't get them to the next house fast enough! So, at times, he picked Olivia and Parker up in his arms...together...in order to keep them moving. Then there were times that we skipped a few houses with the little ones just to keep caught up! The boys ended up carrying them on their shoulders from house to house, cause otherwise we would have lost them. However, they had a blast!! Olivia was such a pro at this and held her bag open perfectly and said Trick or Treat every single time. We didn't even have to walk her to each door like we did last year...she didn't need the help any more! She was so cute...as were all the kids! She got so much candy she had a hard time carrying her bag the later it got!!! Overall it was another successful Halloween!

Family Night..Halloween!

In an attempt to minimize the chaos on Halloween night when there is candy to be had, we headed to all the family stops the night before. It worked out great considering there were so many places to stop. So first, we headed to Nana and Paw Paw's for dinner and got dressed in our costumes there. Aunt Shirley was able to come over to see the kids too. Then we went to Gma and Gpa's and met Dad there so they could get a few pictures too! Last stop was Grandma Dina's where we got to see Dave and Sam and Aunt Jenny too! It was a little like Chrsitmas, considering she went home with a whole carful of goodies!! She did great and by the time we made it to the last stop, she was ready to get in her jammies!! She kept saying we were going trick or treating tonight, but little did she know, there would be more of that tomorrow! I forgot my camera, but am certain there will be more pictures of the costume later! :-)

Carving Pumpkins!!

She was so proud of her pumpkins!

A little crazy, but still fun!

Mommy and her Olivia!

Let me help Daddy!

Eeewwww!!

This was the first year that we have carved pumpkins with Olivia and boy was she excited! She was a little leary at first to stick her hand in the mushy stuff, but Daddy helped her along. She helped Daddy with the faces too and although she didn't get to do the actually cutting, she had a ball helping Daddy!

Getting a head start...

Let's see...I need one of those, and those, and those!

Hmmm...do I need that!?

She is definitely her mother's daughter! Olivia was reading through the catalogs and taking an inventory of what she wanted Santa to bring her for Christmas! I think there was actually something on each page the she wanted!!

Getting ready...

We of course had to get a few pictures of the kids in their costumes before we left for the park!
The cutest clown ever!

Batman and the clown!

Sweet Elmo!

Hannah Montana!

Wildlife Scary Park!

We were at the very front of the train, so the kids loved that!

Miss Stella enjoyed the train very much!

I wonder why we always attempt to get a group shot, cause this is typically how it turns out!

Miss Olivia did great getting her picture taken!

Trick or Treat!

Tonight was the last night for the Wildlife Scary Park, so we decided to meet up with Aunt Shell and Angie to take the kids. We had never been so really didn't know what to expect. It was fun, but turned out to be a really cold night, so was hard to truly enjoy. The kids loved it although I honestly don't think we will take them back. It was over $10 to get in and was basically a few tables set up with candy and a train ride. So, glad we went, but we won't be going again. I was amazed to see how many people there were, so that was fun to see all the costumes!!!

Extreme Makeover Home Edition...Pekin

The girls having fun on the bleachers.

We did catch Michael while he was there...he came out to the audience for a split second, but my picture didn't turn out!

Since the Extreme Makeover team was going to be in Pekin, we thought it would be fun to take a peek! Aunt Shell has been obsessed with this place and visited several times to try to get a peek of Ty, but unfortunately she was unsuccessful. Regardless, it was still pretty neat to see them building it and although it seems a little out of place, it was fun. We took Kaleigh and Olivia and as you can see, it did get a little chilly! They didn't think it was as neat as we did, so we didn't stay long!!

Fall Cookout!!

I love my Aunt Jenny!

Warming our hands by the fire...

Chasing the dogs....

She loves the kitty!!

After the visits today, we headed to Grandpa and Mel's for a bonfire! They had planned this as a welcome home for Mel, so it was nice to see the whole Cline Clan. Olivia made a friend right away, so they were inseparable most of the evening. Grandpa had hooked up the tractor in order to take hayrack rides, and of course we had to try it out several times before the other kids arrived. I honestly don't know who had more fun, Olivia or Grandpa. He was so excited to take her! Once the other kids arrived, the must have went around the yard about a dozen times...it just never got old! We did have the fire going and had chili and hot dogs..not to mention a few Halloweed treats! We had a great time, and knew Miss Olivia would be wiped on the way home...as was Daddy! :-)

Hayrack Rides!!!

It was getting too dark for the rides, but it didn't stop them from wanting to be in the wagon.

Mommy's turn.
Daddy and Olivia had a test run before all the other kids arrived...you know, just to make sure it was safe for everyone! :-)

Miss Olivia was an old pro by this time...I think Gpa took her around several times before these kids arrived!

Passing the time...

Miss Olivia was the perfect addition to Gma's Halloween decorations!

Taking a walk with Gpa!

Sharing the love with Nana.

Silly faces...her specialty!

Tyring to play mad....doesn't quite work with a smile shining through!

We had a busy day planned today, which started with taking Winston to get his haircut. We have made it a routine each time to drop him off, then go to breakfast in Roanoke and then pick him up. The timing works out perfect and Miss Olivia just loves going out to eat...regardless of the time of day. After that, Daddy went to help Derrick at the rental house, so we did some visiting to pass the time. First, we went to Gma and Gpa Davis' for a while, and Miss Olivia got to go for a walk with Gpa. We took Daddy and the boys some lunch and then headed back to Nana and Paw Paw's for lunch as well. It was a nice day to visit!!!

Welcome Home Mel!

Daddy and Grandpa

Great Grandpa and Ina

Mommy and Mel

We went to dinner tonight at Lorena's to welcome home Mel. She has been overseas for the past few months and got back this week! It was great to have her home, and we had a nice dinner! Although, they have an authentic Mexican band and singers, which was a little overwhelming. They basically sang as loud as they could right over your shoulder. So, it was a little distracting and hard to talk to each other. But, Olivia loved it and felt the need to get up and dance!!!
