State Farm Visit/First Babysitter

Today was a big day for Miss Olivia. First, we took a trip to State Farm to meet everyone. We didn't even make it in the door before we were surrounded by everyone. Of course I had to go to Purchasing first, cause according to them, "they had me longer than HR." It was great to see everyone, although it made me realize how close it was getting to the time I would have to return. Then, I reluctantly went to visit my new group in HR. I was terrified to face them considering how bad I left things on my desk. I assured my back up that I would take her to lunch for a month straight for all that she has done for me. She was just anxious to get me back to work and said she felt sorry for me cause of the areas I service...extremely demanding! Anyhow, it was great to see them, and I really do miss them and the work..it will be hard to go back, but I will enjoy it as well. Because it was never an option for me to stay home, it makes it easier knowing that I love my job! We stayed at State Farm for a few hours, and then came home to wait for Dad. Tonight was the first time Mommy and Daddy were going to go out for dinner and leave Olivia with a babysitter...Grandma Dina. Boy was she excited. In fact, she sent an email to Shane letting us know how excited she was to babysit! Shane and I went to Joe's Crab Shack and had a great time. We sat outside on the balcony over the river, and it was beautiful. We had a great time, although were not gone more than two hours. We laughed as we were on our way back to Dina's wondering if we should drive around the block a few times cause it didn't take too long for dinner. However, we went to pick her up anyway, and Aunt Jenny was there visiting as well. I was amazed that I did not have to call one time in the two hours to check on her. It was a great night. However, I cannot promise that for the next time...especially if it is longer than two hours.
