Landscaping 101

Grandma came over today to help Daddy with the yard work. As Mommy was inside painting all day, they were out in the yard learning all about landscaping. Daddy really got into it, and they made some great progress. What a difference a few plants, flowers, and mulch can do. For those that don't know, neither Shane nor I have a green thumb, so this was a big step in order to get the house ready to sell. It looks great...thanks Grandma! After they stopped for the day, we went to Derrick and Angie's for a cookout. As always we had a great time..and Mommy even beat some of the boys in horseshoes! We ordered the UFC fight on pay per view, so didn't end up leaving until about midnight...which ended up being a long night for little Miss Olivia. She did well sleeping there, but it just wasn't the same as being in her own bed!
