Sleepin' in our crib..

Tonight was a little more painful for me than Olivia, but Daddy had the countdown for the last few months. I kept telling him the average for babies to begin sleeping in their cribs in about six months...at least that is what I read in my books and magazines. Regardless, Shane heard that and stuck me to it. He counted down and tonight was the first night. She has taken a few naps in the crib to get her used to it, and we generally will put her in it while we get her bath ready, but she officially slept in it tonight...all night. I actually did a lot better than I thought, and only checked on her a few times. She was a little more fussy tonight than usual and didn't get to sleep right away, so that definitely didn't help. But, after a while she was out, and to be honest, I think I am going to start sleeping better as well. We have the monitor on still, so I can still hear if she needs me! :-) But of course, I had to get a few shots of her sleeping in it...and no, I didn't wake her up!
