Swap N' Shop/Little Princess

For those of you that have not heard me talk about our Swap N' Shop, this is something that I read in a magazine one day and thought it would be a great idea. The article's intent was for you and your girlfriends to get together and essentially swap clothes. The object was for each of you to bring about 10 - 15 pieces of clothing (shirts, dresses, skirts, etc.), and one by one you would determine how many people wanted each piece. Then, if there was more than one person that wanted it, each of them would try it on and model it for everyone else to decide who should get it. Make sense? So, the idea was to go home with about the same number of things you brought, but added new items to your wardrobe. Sounds fun, right!? Well, we went a step further and rather than only bringing clothes, we opened it up for anything (purses, candles, frames, cd's, books, etc) So, anything you were tired of laying around your house, you would bring and add to the pile. Then, everyone draws a number and the first person picks something. Number two could either steal from Number One or pick something else....and so on, similar to a Christmas gift exchange for example. It is so much fun and typically you end up bringing new things to decorate your home, or enjoying something that someone else has used already! It is a ball, and we have so much fun doing it. We had one Sunday at Aunt Tara's, so got a few pictures while we were there. One of the other little girls there had a tiara that we put on Miss Olivia, so she fit the description of "Our Little Princess."
