Day Four

Today was a pretty relaxing day....as were most! We spent most of the day in the pool, although did attempt to take the troops to the beach. It was quite different for Olivia...the waves were crashing pretty hard, the wind was blowing extremely hard, and there were a lot more people than when we went before. So, she spent most of the afternoon in Mommy's arms. I did manage to focus her attention on the boys while they were on the boogy boards. They were having a ball, and Olivia was laughing at them when I get get her attention on them. But, it was short lived. She realized shortly thereafter that we were actually standing in the water! I was able to get her in it for a short period of time before the waves came crashing and then she wanted out! It was quite a site, so we couldn't really stay too long! The boys however, did stay for about two straight hours in the ocean...with no shirts...and NO SUNSCREEN! They were toasted! And, since Shane's back hadn't seen the light of day this summer...he was the worst! He was pretty miserable the rest of the night, and Mommy kept the lotion coming! It was terrible, but I couldn't say 'I told you so,' cause that wouldn't be nice! After the beach venture, we came back to the calming pool and had a great evening. We cooked out on the grill tonight and had a relaxing night in the backyard!! Pictures of Day Four are listed below.
