Strep Throat

Here we go again! Olivia has been coughing non-stop for the last three weeks. I called the doctor twice, but they never wanted to see her. So, we had our three week checkup from our double ear infection this afternoon, so Shane asked him to check on the cough! After the tests came back, they finally told us it was strep throat! So, had we been able to get in two weeks ago, she may have been able to get on the antibiotic sooner. However, we got her started right away this evening, but she will still be contagious for the next 24 hours. I called Aunt Shell cause she was around Kaleigh and Parker and then called Kathy. They both made appointments for the kids to get in and get checked. Luckily, none of them had strep throat, but they all had ear infections! So, medicine all around!! I was feeling really bad that Olivia seemed to be the start of it all, but I guess that is what will happen with little ones! I had to keep Olivia home Wednesday during the day and work from home again! I'm pretty sure my boss and co-workers are wondering if I'll ever be back full time! :-)
