Fuzzy Fascination!?

So, I tried to look through this site to see if I had mentioned Olivia's crazy fascination with fuzzies? I don't think I have talked about it before, so thought it was worth adding to her site. It is so funny to hear her talk about it, and I certainly won't be able to do this justice, but hopefully you will get the idea. Since Olivia was very little (even more so than she is now anyway), she has been able to find the smallest piece of lint, crumb, fuzzy, or whatever....from wherever, the couch, floor, bed, table, etc. And it isn't even enough for her to be able to find them, but she will pick them up and carry them around for hours! She holds them in between her thumb and pointer finger. It was funny at first (and still is I guess), but now it has gotten even more funny. She will search for them, and will now ask you to hold them for her if she has to do something else with her hands. "Hold my fuzzy Mommy." Or, if you try to hand her something while she is holding them, she will manuever around her fuzzy in order to grab it. Now, she will put her fuzzy down right beside her in order to eat for example, but right after she is done, back in her fingers they go. Or, she will place them gently on the table and even walk away for a few minutes, and then remember to go back and get them! It is the craziest thing I have seen yet, and I really don't know what to think about it. At times, it seems she is doing it to keep her hands occupied. Because when she doesn't have them, that is when she tends to pick her nose, or pick at her lips, etc. So, it is just interesting and something I have never seen before? We'll see if she grows out of it! You just can't help but laugh! :-)
