And so it begins...

With the bad weather, the crazy drivers come out ten fold! I drove to work Monday and it took me over an hour and 15 minutes to get there! The roads were terrible, but I went anyway...although about 5-6 times, I almost turned around and said heck with it! People forget how to drive in the winter and hadn't quite got the concept that there was snow on the ground. As usual, 117 between Eureka and Goodfield was terrible, but I made it. After a long ride home, we were all safe and sound.

However, Tuesday was a different story. I got up and got myself ready and headed to work. Although, as I was driving right out of town heading to Goodfield, I saw a line of cars and flashing lights and that was all I needed to see. I turned around and headed back home. I thought I would wait to see if Shane had a hard time getting to the interstate before I chanced it again. He said it was terrible, so I decided to work from home. I hope this isn't an indication of what the winter will be like! Yuck!!!
