Even though it was close to a billion degrees outside today, we managed to make it to the annual St. Clair Family Reunion. Someone really ought to determine if this is the best time of year to plan this thing!! Regardless, we made it and got to see everyone...although it was a limited crowd this year. In fact, Olivia hadn't had her morning nap and was cranky anyway, and the heat just put her over the edge. Shane put her in the car and drove her a round for a little while in the air conditioning so she could get a few minutes of sleep. Not to mention, Shane doesn't do well with the heat either, considering he works in it all day long. So, he didn't mind doing that. We only stayed about two hours, but that was long enough. We did have a moment of silence for Aunt Sis which was sad cause she normally said the prayer at the reunion. So, I'm glad we were there for that reason. However, after we ate, it was time to head back home!
